Misinformation

Quality is great, but using your size chart and going up one size shirt is snug after washing. Then customer service says "sorry about your experience " wow, nice way to treat someone who just spent almost $100 on shirts. With the attitude you have I'll be shopping elsewhere for my merchandise.
